• Will the groceries get delivered to my doorstep?

  Yes. You can buy your needed grocery from the comfort of your home and get them delivered hassle-free in just a few days. Please enter your city code while filling your cart to be sure about getting them delivered to your desired place.

• Where will my products come from?

  Your products can come from any of the following sellers depending on price and availability: Flipkart, Dmart, Big Basket and Jiomart

• How do I pay for the order?

  Currently we have only Cash on Delivery option. You will have to pay in cash at the time of delivery. We will soon introduce online payment options on our platform

• How can I track my order?

  Once you place your order with us, you will receive an email/SMS with the order details. We will update you again through an email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

• If I receive a defective, wrong, expired item(s), how do I return it?

  If you find the delivered item as defective, wrong or expired, you can choose to reject it at the time of delivery, or you can raise a complaint at support@ehno.in within 2 days of accepting the delivery.
